Flat sheet metal is a versatile material widely used in construction, roofing and finishing work. It is particularly suitable for manufacturing roofing and sheet-metal flashings, including eaves flashings, verge flashings, chimney flashings, window sills, corner elements and various roof and façade finishing components.

Properly selected sheet metal combines strength with good workability, allowing it to be easily cut, bent and formed according to the requirements of a particular project. Flat sheet metal is also used as the base material for many profiled steel products, including trapezoidal sheets.

The wide range of flat sheet metal available makes it possible to select the appropriate thickness, colour, surface finish, coating and material. Steel, aluminium and copper sheets are commonly available. In construction, galvanised steel sheets and sheets with additional protective and decorative coatings are widely used to provide enhanced protection against corrosion and weather conditions.

2nd Grade flat sheet metal with a MATT finish is a cost-effective solution for a wide range of construction, roofing and finishing applications. 2nd Grade products may have minor visual or surface imperfections, allowing them to be offered at a more attractive price and helping to reduce overall project costs.

As standard, coated flat sheet metal is available in sheets measuring 0.50 × 1240 × 2000 mm. We also fulfil custom orders, allowing the material specifications to be tailored to the requirements of individual projects.
