A PIR core wall sandwich panel is one of the most commonly used products for the construction of warehouses, office containers, and industrial buildings. This building material consists of metal facings with a PIR insulation core placed between them. The panel facings are typically made of galvanised steel sheets coated with organic coatings such as polyester, PVC, or PVF2.

The rigid polyurethane foam core provides excellent thermal insulation and offers an outstanding thermal conductivity coefficient of λ = 0.022 W/mK. Panels filled with polyurethane foam are 40–60% more cost-effective compared to mineral wool core panels. The use of sandwich panels significantly reduces construction time while also helping to minimise heat loss during cold and frosty weather.

A wide range of colours and several types of facing profiles make it possible to use sandwich panels to construct buildings that combine excellent technical performance with an attractive appearance.

The design of the sandwich panel allows for quick and easy installation, regardless of weather conditions.

At our stockyards, we offer panels with a visible fixing system, featuring a polyurethane foam core. Panels with a concealed fixing system are also available.
