Szczegóły

Mineral wool core sandwich panels are among the most commonly chosen solutions in modern construction. They are self-supporting structural elements that serve as wall or roof partitions while providing highly effective thermal insulation. Another important advantage is their excellent acoustic insulation, which contributes to greater comfort for building occupants.

However, the greatest advantage of this type of panel is its fire resistance. Thanks to the use of a non-combustible rock wool core, these panels are ideally suited for buildings subject to stringent fire safety requirements. The material is classified as A2 non-combustible and, depending on the core thickness, can achieve a fire resistance rating of up to EI 240.

This means that the partition can maintain its fire integrity and insulation performance for up to 240 minutes, significantly increasing the time available for safe evacuation and helping to minimise the risk of property damage in the event of a fire.
