Szczegóły

Mineral wool core sandwich panels are a solution that has significantly transformed modern construction. They are self-supporting elements that combine two functions: they can be used as wall or roof partitions, while at the same time providing effective thermal insulation. Another important advantage is their excellent acoustic insulation, which improves the overall comfort of the building.

However, the greatest advantage of mineral wool sandwich panels is their fire performance. Thanks to the use of a non-combustible rock wool core, they are particularly suitable for buildings where high levels of fire resistance are required. For this reason, they are classified as non-combustible materials with an A2 fire classification, and depending on the core thickness, they can achieve fire resistance ratings of up to EI 240.

In practice, this means that the partition can maintain its fire integrity and thermal insulation performance for up to 240 minutes, providing valuable time for safe evacuation and more effective protection of property.

Mineral wool sandwich panels can be used in a wide range of applications, including external and internal walls, suspended ceilings, and roofs. Their popularity is largely due to the fact that they can significantly speed up the construction process. Installation is simpler, less labour-intensive and, importantly, often more cost-effective.

These are prefabricated elements that can be adapted to various types of structures, including steel, metal, and timber constructions. The final choice depends on the specific requirements of the project and individual needs.
