100 mm PIR Core Wall Sandwich Panels

100 mm PIR core sandwich panels are a modern and functional solution widely used in the construction industry. Thanks to their excellent thermal insulation properties, they are ideal for external walls, internal walls and partition walls in industrial, warehouse, commercial and residential buildings. The PIR foam core provides excellent thermal insulation, helping to minimise energy loss and reduce heating costs.

We offer panels from renowned manufacturers such as Paneltech, Balex Metal, VSS and Gorstal. Their quality is confirmed by compliance with relevant construction standards and excellent durability, even in demanding weather conditions. With panels available directly from our stock, we can fulfil orders quickly. For specific or non-standard requirements, panels can also be ordered directly from production.

Our 100 mm wall sandwich panels offer not only excellent insulation performance but also resistance to moisture and mould growth. PIR foam has self-extinguishing properties, contributing to improved fire safety in buildings. The outer layers of the panels are made of durable galvanised steel sheets, providing corrosion protection and maintaining an attractive appearance for many years.

Thanks to a precise panel joint system, installation is quick and straightforward, helping to reduce construction time and costs. The panels are available in various colours and lengths, allowing them to be adapted to the specific requirements of each project.
