Szczegóły

Mineral wool core sandwich panels are one of the most highly valued solutions in modern construction. These self-supporting building elements combine the function of a wall or roof partition with effective thermal insulation. An additional advantage is their excellent acoustic insulation, which contributes to greater comfort for building occupants.

The most important advantage of these panels, however, is their excellent fire protection performance. Thanks to their non-combustible rock wool core, they are particularly suitable for buildings with increased fire resistance requirements. These panels are classified as A2 non-combustible materials and, depending on the core thickness, can achieve a fire resistance rating of up to EI 240.

In practice, this means that the partition can maintain its fire integrity and insulation performance for up to 240 minutes, providing valuable time for safe evacuation and helping to protect property more effectively in the event of a fire.

Mineral wool core sandwich panels can be used for external and internal walls, suspended ceilings, and roofs. Their popularity is primarily due to their ability to significantly speed up the construction process. Installation is simpler, less labour-intensive and often more cost-effective.

These are ready-to-install building components suitable for various types of structures, including steel, metal, and timber frameworks. The choice of the most appropriate solution depends on the specific project requirements and the individual needs of the investor.
