Details
XPS Styrodur boards, 120 mm thick, provide thermal insulation for building and renovation projects. The extruded polystyrene foam has a closed-cell structure, low water absorption and resistance to compression.
Applications include suitable foundations, roofs, façades, walls and floors in residential and industrial buildings. The source also lists steel halls and agricultural buildings, including pig houses, cattle sheds, poultry buildings and mushroom-growing facilities. The boards are lightweight and straightforward to handle. The standard 1250 × 600 mm format is practical for transport, storage and fitting to the insulated area. The 120 mm thickness should be selected to meet the project’s thermal requirements.
