XPS Styrodur 40 mm is a rigid thermal insulation material used in a range of building details. Its resistance to compression makes it useful where insulation must withstand mechanical loading, with the product selected for the relevant design requirements.
The low water absorption of XPS Styrodur 40 mm makes it useful in moisture-exposed details such as foundations, terraces and basements. The 40 mm thickness provides a relatively thin insulation layer where space is limited. The boards are straightforward to cut and install.
