Trapezoidal steel sheets, thanks to their attractive appearance and affordable price, have become one of the most popular materials used in both residential and industrial construction. Their versatility and practical advantages have made them a well-established choice among investors throughout Poland.
When choosing T18 coated trapezoidal sheet, you receive a ready-to-use product available in a wide range of colours. Trapezoidal sheet is characterised by excellent durability and retains its attractive appearance for many years.
The aesthetically designed profile combines an attractive finish with very good structural rigidity. Another important feature of trapezoidal sheet is its ability to provide effective protection against water penetration.
For this reason, the T18 coated trapezoidal sheet profile features a drainage groove designed to channel away small amounts of water, helping to improve the performance and weather protection of the roofing system.
The material is properly protected against corrosion through galvanising and the application of a polyester coating. The steel sheet is protected with a zinc layer, passivation layer, primer and a 15–40 μm polyester coating. In the case of trapezoidal sheets with an Aluzinc coating, the steel core is protected with an aluminium-zinc alloy layer. These protective coatings increase resistance to weather conditions and help protect the sheet against corrosion.
2nd Grade trapezoidal sheets may have visible imperfections or damage, such as scratches. The sheet surfaces are not guaranteed to be in the same condition as 1st Grade products and may not meet all technical requirements. 2nd Grade sheets are also supplied without warranties or certificates.
However, 2nd Grade trapezoidal sheets are often available without visible damage. Examples include matt graphite and brown sheets currently available from stock.
