Szczegóły

The versatile profile of trapezoidal sheets makes it possible to create durable roofing as well as building façades. Trapezoidal sheets are particularly well suited to roofs with a low pitch, even from 5°, provided that the roof design and installation requirements allow for this. They are commonly used for garages, industrial buildings, production halls, warehouses and residential buildings. For smaller buildings with visible roofing, trapezoidal sheet is an attractive alternative to traditional metal roof tiles.

Trapezoidal sheet is characterised by high durability and resistance to external conditions. Additional advantages include its affordable price and easy installation. It provides a durable and economical roofing solution for a wide range of applications.

The material is properly protected against corrosion through galvanising and the application of a polyester coating. The steel sheet is protected with a zinc layer, passivation layer, primer and a 15–40 μm polyester coating. In the case of trapezoidal sheets with an Aluzinc coating, the steel core is protected with an aluminium-zinc alloy layer. These protective coatings increase resistance to weather conditions and help protect the sheet against corrosion.

When purchasing T7 coated trapezoidal sheet, you receive a ready-to-use product available in a wide range of colours. The sheet is designed for long-lasting use, and one of its key advantages is that it does not require painting for many years. Its aesthetically designed profile combines an attractive appearance with very good rigidity.

When installing sheets with one profile overlapping another, it is important to consider that during heavy rainfall combined with strong winds, water may be forced back under the overlap. For this reason, the T7 coated trapezoidal sheet profile features a drainage groove that helps channel away small amounts of water, improving the protection of the cladding.

We also have other sheet colours available from stock, in various lengths and shades.

2nd Grade sheets may – but do not necessarily – have visible imperfections or damage, such as scratches on the sheet surface. They are not guaranteed to be in the same condition as 1st Grade products and may not meet all technical requirements. 2nd Grade products are also supplied without warranties or certificates.

Very often, 2nd Grade sheets have no visible damage. A good example is the T7 trapezoidal sheet currently available from stock.
