The termPIR® AL GK 20 mm insulation board is a modern solution combining the high thermal insulation performance of PIR with a factory-bonded gypsum plasterboard. The product is primarily designed for thermal insulation from the inside of buildings, combining an insulation layer with a surface ready for further finishing work.

The rigid PIR (polyisocyanurate) foam core provides excellent thermal insulation performance with a relatively low material thickness. This makes termPIR® AL GK boards particularly practical where it is important to reduce heat loss without unnecessarily reducing usable interior space.

termPIR® AL GK 20 mm – PIR board with aluminium-based facing and gypsum plasterboard

The termPIR® AL GK board features a rigid PIR foam core. The core is protected by a gas-tight multilayer facing based on paper and aluminium, while a 12.5 mm gypsum plasterboard is factory-bonded to the PIR board.

This solution combines a PIR thermal insulation layer and gypsum plasterboard in a single product, helping to simplify and speed up insulation work and the preparation of walls or sloped surfaces for further finishing.
