A 100 mm rigid PIR insulation board – termPIR AL, Thermano or Recticel – is a modern thermal insulation solution offering excellent thermal performance. Thanks to advanced manufacturing technology, the board effectively reduces heat loss, helping to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce heating and cooling costs.

PIR AL 100 mm – Why Choose This Product?
A 100 mm PIR insulation board with gas-tight aluminium facing is characterised by very low thermal conductivity. For example, termPIR AL has a thermal conductivity of λD = 0.022 W/(m·K), providing excellent thermal insulation performance.
This helps effectively reduce heat loss and maintain comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year.
The thermal resistance of a 100 mm board is as high as R = 4.65 m²K/W, making it an excellent solution for energy-efficient thermal insulation.
Lightweight and Easy to Install
PIR AL boards are also lightweight, making them easier to transport, handle and install. The aluminium facing provides additional protection against moisture and helps protect the surface of the board during handling and installation.
Thanks to their excellent thermal performance, low weight and versatility, PIR AL insulation boards can be used to insulate a wide range of building elements and are suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.
PIR insulation boards with various facings, including AL aluminium facing, are available at our branches in two standard sizes:
- 1200 × 600 mm
- 1200 × 2400 mm
We offer boards in a wide range of thicknesses – from 20 mm to 250 mm.
