Excellent Thermal Insulation Performance

PIR boards with aluminium facing provide outstanding thermal insulation properties. Thanks to modern manufacturing technology, termPIR AL achieves a thermal conductivity of λD = 0.022 W/(m·K), making PIR one of the most effective commonly used thermal insulation materials.

Such a low thermal conductivity helps significantly reduce heat loss and improve the energy efficiency of buildings. This can contribute to lower energy consumption for heating in winter and cooling in summer.

High Thermal Resistance

The 50 mm termPIR AL board provides a thermal resistance of R = 2.30 m²K/W, ensuring highly effective thermal insulation despite its relatively low thickness.

This helps limit heat transfer between the interior of the building and the external environment, contributing to comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year – both in winter and summer.
